Bloomquist Jean is an award-winning Paul Bloomquist introduction named for fellow dahlia hybridizer Jean Heeringa. Huge, vibrant orange blooms are packed with wildly curled and twisting petals, giving the flowers their unmistakable fluffy, almost whimsical appearance. The warm orange coloring can develop lighter golden-orange tones as the season progresses. Often nicknamed the Dr. Seuss Lorax flower, it is a true showstopper in both the garden and arrangements.
